Getting started
Who can use ShopRite, and is it free?
ShopRite is a member benefit service exclusive to Western Australian members of participating unions and associations — and it's free to use. If you're not sure whether your organisation takes part, get in touch and we'll let you know, or you can register here.
How do I request a quote?
Sign in to your account and choose Request a quote. For electrical and gas products, have the brand, model number and the best price you've found ready — our Perth-based team will then work to beat it and get back to you with the most competitive price we can.
How do I get discounted e-gift cards?
Discounted e-gift cards are available through the free ShopRite app. Download the app and, if you don't already have an account, register in the app first — then you can browse and order e-gift cards for a wide range of retailers, straight from your phone.

Why do I need a model number?
ShopRite strives to provide you with friendly, efficient service. When calling for an electrical or gas price, we ask that you provide the brand, model number and the best price you have seen on the item you want. There are many reasons we require this information, but most importantly we need to ensure we are giving you a price on the correct product. As there are so many different models on the market, we require the model number to be sure your price will be correct.
Why do I need to give you my best price?
ShopRite's Electrical and Gas Purchasing Service is a price-beating service. It is in your best interest to shop around before you call us for a price, as we will be asking our suppliers to beat your price. If you have shopped around for the product, you will also have the peace of mind that you will be buying at the best possible price.
Why can I save a lot on some products, but less on others?
As we aim to beat your best price, the savings you will enjoy by shopping with us will vary. We can't ask our suppliers to sell items for less than it cost them to buy from the manufacturer. Even though you will save more on some products than others, you can be assured that ShopRite will provide you with the most competitive price we can in the circumstances.
Why are your electrical and gas prices only valid for a limited time?
Prices on electrical and gas products constantly fluctuate. As the market is extremely competitive and ever changing, our prices are valid for a limited time to ensure we can keep up with market trends and continue to deliver competitive prices.
Why can't I use the price you give me as a bargaining tool with electrical stores in my area?
The ShopRite service is exclusive to members. We accept in good faith that you give us your best price when you call us. We ask that you do not take our prices back to other electrical retailers, to help us maintain a good relationship with our suppliers so we can continue to negotiate great savings for you.
